Welcome to Tech Tip Tuesday!

Welcome videos and messages are an easy way to give your new clients the grand tour of your studio! When a client understands the ins and outs upfront, it creates a smoother experience for everyone. The more at home they feel, the better! 
 
It’s also a great way to set clear expectations between you and the client – kind of like going over the rules of the game so everyone is on the same page. It just makes everything smoother when you both know what to expect from the get-go.
 
In this Tech Tip Tuesday, we’ll show you how to add a custom welcome video and message in your studio settings. Don’t have one ready? No problem – you can select one of our pre-made options to start.
 
Pro Tip: You can also create unique welcome videos and messages for individual clients! Taking the time to record a personal welcome video or write a friendly hello note shows them you’re genuinely excited to work with them.   Little personalized details go a long way in making clients feel valued! We’ll show you how to put those videos and messages into place.
