I am an eDesign subscriber already, will I still access rendering software through the eDesign website?
Nope – once we transfer your account, you’ll sign into Mydoma from now on to access the rendering software.
I also have classes I purchased, how will I access those?
All eDesign U business courses by Jenna Gaidusek will be transferred to the Mydoma platform. You will get access to all the NEW content coming soon! Any current students will be granted access to these. We will email you when access is available. In the meantime, you may continue to log in as you normally would using the eDesign U portal.
Will Design in 5 be its own stand alone program now or will we have access to that through Mydoma as well?
Your access to Design In 5 will remain open. All boards/links will stay active and you can log in using this link as usual.
Do you still support Di5 embedding boards into our Website and Blog pages? And what happens to our existing embeeded board on our site, will they be affected?

Which programs can I stop using if I have a subscription to Mydoma Studio?

Is there an option to create shopping lists for eDesign clients?
YES there is! In Mydoma we use “Views”. You can create a list of products and services for the client to buy that include affiliate links.
Does Mydoma have an app?
We are currently in the testing phase of launching our mobile app. It will be available on Android and iOS in about a month from now.
Can you customize the studio in Mydoma with your brand colors and logo?
Yes, you add a logo and can select a colour scheme to personalize your studio
Are the questionnaires a third party application you bring into Mydoma? EG: it would be link to Typeform?
Yes, the questionnaires are from third party applications like Typeform that are embedded.
How’s the client view in Mydoma?

Can you you use your models from real furniture companies in furnishing this panorama 360 interiors?
Yes any 3D model can be uploaded to your personal library as long as its in .SKP, .MAX, .FBX, .GLB or .RAR format less than 200MB.
For reporting in Mydoma, can we see financials at a high level? i.e. year to date, quarter to date, etc
Yes, with reports in Mydoma you can see financials for select time periods.
